We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Front Office Receptionist to be the face and first point of contact of our school (ONLY FEMALE). The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to manage incoming queries and calls with confidence and patience. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and organized environment for students, parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and respond to inquiries with clarity and patience.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as maintaining visitor logs, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
- Provide accurate information about school policies, events, and procedures.
- Handle student late arrivals, early departures, and other attendance-related tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with the school’s administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive attitude.
- Confident in handling calls and addressing concerns or queries with calmness and clarity.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, data entry).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Prior experience in a similar role (especially in an educational setting) is preferred but not mandatory.
