We’re looking for a warm and well-spoken person. Preferably someone with good communication skills to handle front office coordination, calls, and basic HR tasks.

If you enjoy talking to people, organizing things, and keeping the office running smoothly, this job is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and make phone calls to new leads and clients
  • Coordinate with job applicants, schedule interviews, and follow up
  • Maintain basic Excel/Google Sheets for leads and candidates
  • Support office administration work and help the team with day-to-day coordination

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Friendly, polite, and organized personality
  • Prior admin or HR calling experience is a plus

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (depending on experience)
