MAIN PURPOSE

  • To monitor and manage the business unit front office function aimed at optimal operational performance and client centric service delivery in line with company standards and financial governance principles.


KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • To manage and lead the team
  • To coordinate physician appointment scheduling to ensure patient and business needs are addressed
  • To monitor and manage the daily Front Office operations
  • Drive patient experience
  • Drive operational efficiencies through effective monitoring and management of departmental KPI's


REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • A relevant master's from an accredited institution


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • At least 10 years’ experience in a healthcare environment of which at least 3 years were in a management or supervisory position


REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Client service and related management principles
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Conflict management skills
  • Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of financial principles and sense for business
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Workforce planning and scheduling
  • UAE healthcare industry
