Duties
- Supervise the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to maintain smooth operations
- Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management
Skills
- Extensive experience in hospitality management and hotel operations
