We are seeking a Full-Time Front Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients and help keep our clinic running smoothly day-to-day.
As the face of our clinic you'll play a key role in creating a seamless and supportive experience for every patient from their very first interaction.

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism - whether in person or by phone

Own the check-in/check-out process including collecting co-pays and verifying insurance

Manage scheduling, cancellations, and appointment flow

Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records

Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and referral sources

Track insurance claims, denials, and follow-ups

Support overall front office operations and clinic efficiency

You have experience with insurance verification, EMRs, and clinic operations

Prior experience in a physical therapy or medical setting highly preferred, but not required
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

1+ year of front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred

Experience with insurance verification and authorizations strongly preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical therapy or outpatient medical setting

EMR or scheduling software experience
