We are seeking a Full-Time Front Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients and help keep our clinic running smoothly day-to-day.

As the face of our clinic you'll play a key role in creating a seamless and supportive experience for every patient from their very first interaction.

Enjoy Half-Day Fridays:
  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism - whether in person or by phone
  • Own the check-in/check-out process including collecting co-pays and verifying insurance
  • Manage scheduling, cancellations, and appointment flow
  • Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and referral sources
  • Track insurance claims, denials, and follow-ups
  • Support overall front office operations and clinic efficiency


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You're detail-oriented, organized and confident managing a busy front desk
  • You have experience with insurance verification, EMRs, and clinic operations
  • You thrive in a structured environment and aren’t afraid to enforce policies tactfully
  • You’re a natural problem solver and multitasker with a service-first mindset
  • Prior experience in a physical therapy or medical setting highly preferred, but not required
Qualifications:
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with insurance verification and authorizations strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical therapy or outpatient medical setting
  • EMR or scheduling software experience
