Front Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hotel industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead front office staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
  • Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and security departments
  • Monitor room inventory, rates, and support revenue management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, licensing, and hospitality regulations
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analytics
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest relations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hotel industry is a must
  • Familiarity with Kwentra Systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Train, schedule, and evaluate front office staff performance
  • Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and security departments
  • Monitor room inventory, rates, and implement revenue management strategies
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols, licensing, and hospitality regulations
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analytics
