At Zulal Wellness Resort, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of the resort leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of front office management, including guest services, team development, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization. You will uphold the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and service excellence while fostering a positive team culture and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay that reflects the resort’s commitment to wellness, luxury, and world-class hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Front Office to ensure seamless guest experiences and service excellence.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and promptly resolving guest concerns.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Front Office team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set departmental goals and ensure operational objectives and performance standards are achieved.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous development of Front Office colleagues.
  • Promote company values, policies, and service culture across the team.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient communication and operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor departmental resources and encourage cost-conscious and sustainable practices.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and safe working environment in both front and back office areas.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in Front Office operations, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a luxury resort, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong operational knowledge of Front Office systems and other hospitality technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest relations skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and guest-focused, with a proactive approach to exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
