EWAA Hotels Group is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Bell Services.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the Front Office team.
- Monitor daily operations, occupancy levels, and room availability to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales, and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Front Office experience, including at least 2 years as a Front Office Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Previous experience working within a hotel group or multi-property environment is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead high-performing teams.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
