We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Manager to oversee front desk operations in a high-end private residential apartment in Dubai. This role requires strong leadership skills, discretion, and a high level of service standards suitable for VIP residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise front office / reception team
  • Ensure smooth daily front desk operations
  • Handle resident relations and VIP guest concerns professionally
  • Oversee bookings, access control, and front office procedures
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and spa teams
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and front office documentation
  • Implement and uphold service standards and SOPs
  • Train, schedule, and evaluate front office staff
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Senior Front Desk Supervisor
  • Background in luxury residential, hotel, or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle VIP residents with discretion
  • Knowledge of booking systems and basic reporting tools
  • Experience working in Dubai is an advantage
