We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Manager to oversee front desk operations in a high-end private residential apartment in Dubai. This role requires strong leadership skills, discretion, and a high level of service standards suitable for VIP residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front office / reception team
- Ensure smooth daily front desk operations
- Handle resident relations and VIP guest concerns professionally
- Oversee bookings, access control, and front office procedures
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and spa teams
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and front office documentation
- Implement and uphold service standards and SOPs
- Train, schedule, and evaluate front office staff
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Senior Front Desk Supervisor
- Background in luxury residential, hotel, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to handle VIP residents with discretion
- Knowledge of booking systems and basic reporting tools
- Experience working in Dubai is an advantage
