Front Office Manager / Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager / Receptionist to serve as the central hub of our day-to-day operations.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key support system for our sales and production teams.

Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Update order statuses and ensure accuracy of order details
  • Provide order updates and basic support to customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized front office and showroom
  • Assist sales and production teams with day-to-day needs
  • Help ensure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate pickups and shipping logistics
  • Assist with resolving minor customer issues
  • Communicate with sales and production teams to keep jobs on track
  • Notify customers when orders are ready for pickup or shipping
  • Submit Purchase Orders
  • Verify quantities and report discrepancies
  • Greet walk-in customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
  • Respond to general inquiries via phone and email
  • Schedule appointments and assist with showroom visits
  • Enter and manage orders in our system

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
