Front Office - Night Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front desk functions during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Supervise night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial and operational records are maintained
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
• Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and providing information as needed
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the night
• Handle guest complaints or issues with diplomacy and resolve them swiftly to uphold guest satisfaction
• Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high service standards

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night shift supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit processes
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Familiarity with guest relations, hotel procedures, and multi-line phone systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality setting is advantageous

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
