What You’ll Be Doing:

• Being the friendly face that welcomes every patient to our office
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars with flair
• Creating a fun and upbeat environment for patients and families
• Handling check-ins, check-outs, and patient records with accuracy
• Coordinating with our clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about their treatment
• Celebrating our patients' smile transformations like the rockstar they are

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience in a dental, orthodontic, or customer service setting (a plus, but not required—we can train the right person!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and willingness to learn our software
• A can-do attitude and a passion for helping others
• Ability to laugh, connect, and lift others up throughout the day
