Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Office Executive to manage the daily administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will handle student coordination, front office management, and institute operations to ensure a smooth learning experience for students and efficient support for the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations — greet visitors, handle student inquiries, and manage phone/email communication.
  • Maintain student registration records, fee collections, and course schedules.
  • Assist in coordinating classes, trainer schedules, and lab arrangements.
  • Handle administrative documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Support the HR and Accounts departments with attendance, leave records, and billing.
  • Coordinate marketing activities such as walk-in tracking, enquiry follow-ups, and promotional events.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment.
  • Liaise with vendors, trainers, and students for day-to-day requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree( Any ), Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in office administration (experience in an educational or training institute preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
