Front Office Receptionist – Al Sraiya Group

Al Sraiya Group operates in contracting, manpower supply, and facility services, supporting construction and service sectors with large operational teams.

Job Description:

A Front Office Receptionist at Al Sraiya Group is responsible for managing the front desk area and ensuring smooth guest or visitor handling, depending on whether the role is in a hotel, corporate office, or facility under the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet visitors, clients, or hotel guests professionally

Handle check-in / check-out (if assigned in hotel division)

Answer and route phone calls and emails

Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting schedules

Provide information about company services or hotel facilities

Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when needed

Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization

Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, reports)

Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, or operations teams

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)

Customer service and hospitality attitude

Basic computer skills (MS Office / hotel systems like Opera is a plus)

Professional appearance and behavior

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From QAR3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
