We are looking for a professional and guest-focused Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxury hotel environment. You will play a key role in creating memorable first impressions and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
What You’ll Do?
Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional approach
Handle check-in and check-out processes smoothly
Manage reservations using hotel systems (PMS)
Respond to calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Coordinate room assignments with housekeeping
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
Support accurate billing and guest record management
Work closely with concierge and front office teams
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or qualification in hospitality (preferred)
1–2 years of front office experience in a hotel (5-star preferred)
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented personality
Experience with hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus
Willingness to work in rotating shifts (morning, evening, night)
Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
