Job Description
Responsible for managing the front office, handling day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating internal operations, and providing office support to management, accounts, purchase, and project teams.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Front desk management and professional handling of visitors, clients, and vendors
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and official correspondence
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for management
- Maintaining office records, files, registers, and documentation (physical & digital)
- Coordination with internal departments: design, purchase, accounts, marketing, and site teams
- Preparing letters, quotations support documents, MOMs, and basic reports
- Office inventory management (stationery, consumables, office supplies)
- Support in vendor coordination, courier management, and travel arrangements
- Basic HR coordination: attendance tracking, leave records, staff coordination
- Assisting accounts team with bill filing, invoice tracking, and documentation
- Maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and smooth office operations
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills in English & Kannada (Hindi/Telugu preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
- Pleasant personality with professional etiquette
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience in construction / engineering office is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
