We are looking for a smart, organized, and friendly Front Office Receptionist (Male or Female) to manage our front desk operations and ensure smooth daily salon activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner
• Manage appointment bookings and schedule coordination
• Handle client check-in and check-out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Process payments and maintain daily cash/POS records
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records
• Coordinate with barbers/stylists to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Promote salon services and offers when appropriate

Mandatory Language Requirement

Applicants must be fluent in:

• Tamil
• English
• Hindi

(Applications without these language skills will not be considered.)

Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist (Salon experience preferred)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and appointment booking handling
• Ability to manage front desk operations independently
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Currently available in the UAE (Preferred)
