Front Office Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator

Are you a "People Person" with a passion for making others smile? Make a Smile is a premier, fast-paced dental group that has been a staple of the Sacramento community for over 20 years. We are currently expanding our "Front of House" teams! Whether you are an expert at navigating complex insurance plans or a friendly communicator looking to start a career in a dental call center, we want to meet you.

Open Career Paths:

1. Treatment Coordinator (TC)

  • The Role: You are the bridge between clinical recommendations and the patient’s final smile! You’ll handle treatment planning, discuss finances comfortably, and use your sales skills to help patients say "Yes" to their health.
  • Requirements: 2+ years of Treatment Coordinating experience required. Strong knowledge of PPO/HMO insurance and a "closer" mindset.

2. Front Office Receptionist (FO)

  • The Role: The face of our practice! You’ll manage busy appointment schedules, handle insurance claims, and ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine. This is a leadership-track role for those who understand the inner workings of a thriving practice.
  • Requirements: Friendly personality and a reliable schedule. Willing to train motivated individuals looking for a career change, though dental/medical office experience is a plus!

3. Dental Call Center Agent (CC)

  • The Role: Join our high-energy, central hub! You’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls, assist with eligibility verification, and solve problems for our loyal customers.
  • Requirements: Superb telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills. Bilingual is a huge plus! We provide paid training for those with a pro-active, goal-oriented attitude.

Availability & Location

  • Schedule: Generally Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 6:00 pm) with rotating or occasional Saturdays.
  • Flexibility: Some roles (FO & TC) require commuting between our beautiful Greater Sacramento offices. Call Center positions are in-person at our central hub.
  • Full-Time: Full-time is preferred (40 hours)
