Front office Receptionist with Revenue Focus

Doha, Qatar

Job Summary:

Are you a dynamic hospitality professional who loves welcoming guests and driving revenue? Join our team! We need someone who can run the front desk smoothly, create memorable guest experiences, and actively contribute to increasing hotel revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily front desk operations: guest check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and inquiries.
  • Monitor room inventory and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Promote hotel services, upsell rooms and packages, and boost overall profitability.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and sales teams for seamless operations
  • Support upselling initiatives for rooms, packages, and hotel services.
  • Generate and maintain daily and monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and bookings.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
  • Experience in front desk operations with exposure to revenue management
  • Experience with online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred); additional languages a plus
