Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, preferably in a behavioral health or medical office setting. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties: - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork - Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes - Manage patient records, including updating personal information and medical history - Handle billing inquiries and process payments - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Qualifications: - Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental office - Knowledge of medical administrative support tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft) is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
