Front Office /Receptionist/Support Staff

• {refine} skin & wellness center is the areas first skincare and wellness center. Open for over 22 years located downtown Escanaba. We put a modern twist on result orientated skin treatments. We utilize the highest quality products available while staying current on the most up to date treatments.
• We are seeking an individual who is friendly, energetic, organized, and capable of multitasking to join our team at a fun-busy spa-wellness practice. The ideal candidate will need t me comfortable working with people, take pride in their appearance and be able to handle a fast-paced work environment. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn is a must.
• We will work around schedules. Job position is for 1-2 days a week and filling in other days when necessary. Position is for 6-10 hours per week with room to grow as experience grows. Never work past 6pm on the weekdays. Off by 3pm on a Fridays and weekends off!
• Front Desk Receptionist's responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking appointments. We are a fully digital salon. General use of a computer is a must. Additionally, the Front Desk Representative assists with transitional cleaning of the spa and relaxation area as needed. Stocking retail.
