Front Office Specialist

The Front Office Specialist is responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The role includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, managing reservations, and supporting daily hotel operations while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

Experience:

  • front office management : 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

  • Riyadh (Required)
