We are seeking a full-time Front Office Specialist, referred to as an Agent Service Expert (ASE). This role supports agents, clients, and daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate team members
- Assist agents with accurate data entry and record management
- Help coordinate office events and meetings
- Co-host and support Zoom meetings when needed
- Maintain organized records and attention to detail
- Follow direction while also working independently to complete tasks
- Work collaboratively to support a positive, professional office environment
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Tuesday – Saturday (required)
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch (option for 1 hour unpaid)
Pay
$18.50 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)
