We are a PPO / Fee-for-service pediatric dental office.

We are looking for a high-energy, compassionate, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dental family. As the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, you play a vital role in making the dentist a place where kids feel safe, brave, and even a little bit excited to visit.

  • Multi-Tasking Pro: You can handle a busy front desk without losing your cool (or your smile).
  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accurate data entry and organized scheduling.
  • Communication Skills: You have a professional phone manner and can explain dental information in a way that is easy for parents to understand.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with dental software (experience with platforms like Open Dental is a plus) and basic office tech.

Front office duties include - Patient communication, Patient scheduling, payments, patient reception, appointment confirmations, insurance verification, financial arrangements and etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a Warm Welcome: Greet families with a smile and ensure our young patients feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Manage the Flow: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling with efficiency, ensuring the office runs smoothly and stays on time.
  • Patient Communication: Answer phone calls and emails with a friendly, professional tone, helping parents navigate appointments and treatment plans.
  • Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance coverage and help parents understand their benefits with clarity and transparency.
  • Maintain the Vibe: Keep the reception area tidy, welcoming, and "kid-approved."

Job Type: Full time. Our office is open weekdays, Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday. Alternating Mondays and Thursdays.

Salary: $20.00 to $28.00 / hour (based on the experience)

Work Location : Cupertino and San Carlos office. Coverage where necessary.
