Key Responsibilities

  • Arrives to

    and maintaining a polished, FIVE-Styled appearance.
  • Oversees the Efficient Operations
    of reception, ensuring an Exquisite Check-in and Check-out Experience for
    Guests.
  • Provides support to team members
    in handling Guest requests and inquiries, aiming for Sensational Guest Satisfaction.
  • Keeps the Front Office Manager and
    Reception Supervisors fully informed about any Relevant Feedback from Guests, maintaining
    a Gold Standard of service.
  • Always exhibits the Highest
    Standard of Customer Service, offering Bespoke assistance to meet Guest needs.
  • Advises relevant Departments about
    Special Events or VIP Guests in the hotel, whether for events or general
    accommodations, ensuring a Remarkable Experience.
  • Possesses a FIVE-Star knowledge
    of all hotel Room Categories, Room Rates, Packages, Promotions, and other Product
    Knowledge, essential for Daily Duties.
  • Maintains a watchful eye on the Appearance,
    Grooming Standards, and Performance of the Front Office Team, emphasising
    training and teamwork for a truly FIVE-Styled experience.
  • Strategically maximises Room Occupancy
    and utilises Upselling Techniques to promote FIVE s Sensational Services and Facilities.
  • Ensures Fellow Front Office
    FIVERs have Expert Knowledge of Room Types, Hotel Facilities, Dining Venues,
    Shop Hours, Function Rooms, and Daily Events, maintaining an Impeccable Level
    of Awareness.
  • Demonstrates positive Leadership Characteristics,
    which inspire FIVE Tribe Members to Exceed Expectations.
  • Adheres to Legal Requirements
    regarding Fire Safety, Bomb Threats, and Health and Safety, ensuring a
    Boundary-Breaking Level of Compliance.
  • Anticipates and caters to Guests'
    needs, delivering Exquisite service that Elevates Guest Satisfaction.
  • Strives for Top-Notch Service,
