Front Office Operations

  • Supervise daily front desk activities and shift operations
  • Ensure room assignments, rates, and billing are accurate
  • Monitor cash handling, postings, and night audit readiness
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards

Staff Supervision

  • Supervise, train, and motivate front office team members
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance
  • Conduct shift briefings and performance feedback
  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees

Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sales for room status and guest needs
  • Prepare daily reports and handover logs
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with administrative duties
  • Ensure safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2–3 years of front office experience, with supervisory exposure
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera or similar systems preferred)
  • Good knowledge of cash handling and guest relations
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: QAR2,800.00 per month
