Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management
  • Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Oversee night audit processes, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to maintain financial accuracy
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring the front desk area is organized, professional, and inviting
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly
  • Support training initiatives for new team members in hotel management procedures and customer service standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly at the front desk or guest services role
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience working in a resort or hotel setting is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
