Manages daily front desk operations, leading agents to ensure excellent guest satisfaction by overseeing check-ins/outs, resolving complex complaints, handling reservations, managing staff schedules, training, and coordinating with other hotel departments like housekeeping, while maintaining high service standards and ensuring accurate financial transactions and reporting
