Front Office Patient Coordinator
Emmett Eye Center is a family owned and operated optometry practice seeking a friendly, outgoing Front Office Patient Coordinator to greet our patients and support our staff and providers with daily tasks. Medical office experience is a plus, but we will gladly train the right person. We are a busy, fast paced office and we have very supportive staff to help you learn quickly.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service setting preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments and directing calls as needed.
- Communicating with patients regarding their appointment via phone or text regarding their payment process or any other questions they may have about their appointment or doctor's appointment.
- Entering patient information into the EMR system for each patient who comes in for an appointment.
- Entering payments into the EMR system for each patient who comes in for a visit.
- Supporting our Optician with order placing, assisting patients with adjustments to glasses. Helping patients pick out new glasses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
