We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Front Office Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines translation expertise with front-desk and administrative responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive translation requests directly from clients at the front desk
- Assess, price, and manage translation tasks based on scope, deadlines, and language pairs
- Review official documents such as licenses, certificates, residency permits, and academic records
- Deliver translated documents to clients when required
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, timelines, and pricing
- Respond promptly to client inquiries across multiple communication channels
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Work details:
- Shift hours: fixed 8 hours
- Type of work: Full-time On-site
Requirements:
- Background in translation or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Professional, organized, and client-focused approach
