Summary

As a Front Room Staff Member/Barista at Crocker‘s, you will be an essential part of our team, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. This role contributes significantly to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality bakery items, sandwiches, coffee and other beverages with precision and care.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and ensure a positive experience.
• Handle cash transactions
• , memorize the menu and accurately and efficiently present all products. Transactions are recorded using the Square POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, prep anrea annd customer seating area.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Collaborate with team members to create a friendly and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service/barista is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and a food handlers certificate is essential to comply with Orange County health standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
