The Opportunity

We’re hiring driven, metrics-oriented sales professionals who thrive in a high-activity environment and want a clear path to advancement.

This is not an entry-level “learn as you go” role — it’s for candidates who already understand sales fundamentals and are ready to execute at a high level.

What You’ll Do

• Handle 200+ outbound dials per day using warm leads (no cold prospecting)
• Convert inbound and marketing-qualified leads into paying customers
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Use CRM and dialer systems to track pipeline and performance
• Build rapport quickly and close efficiently over the phone

What Success Looks Like

• First 30 days: Complete training and ramp call activity
• First 60 days: Begin consistently closing deals
• 90+ days: Hitting or exceeding quota

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of inside sales or high-volume phone sales experience (required)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas/KPIs
• Comfortable making 200–300 calls/day
• Strong objection handling and closing skills
• Coachable, competitive, and performance-driven
• Reliable and punctual (on-site Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm)
