Front Sales Closer – Website Design (Inbound Leads Only)

As we scale our operations, we are looking for high-performing sales closers who can convert warm, qualified leads into long-term clients.

Role Overview

This is NOT a cold calling or lead generation role.

You will be working with pre-qualified inbound leads generated through Meta and Google Ads. Your responsibility is to engage, consult, and close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound, qualified leads via calls and chat
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored website/design solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
• Maintain strong follow-ups to maximize conversions
• Achieve or exceed monthly closing targets
• Continuously improve closing techniques and performance

Requirements (Strict)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in website/design sales (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a front sales closer (not just lead generation)
• Strong English communication (verbal & written)
• Confident on calls with excellent objection-handling skills
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: PKR 125,000 – 250,000 (based on experience & performance)
• Commission: Performance-based (after achieving targets)
