Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Front Sales Executive / Front Sales Lead with experience in the mobile app development domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with international clients, understanding their business requirements, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for mobile app development services.
• Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/production teams to provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM or internal systems.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in front sales or business development in the mobile app development industry.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of mobile apps, web applications, and digital solutions.
• Experience in lead generation, client handling, and proposal creation.
• Ability to work in night shifts and manage international clients.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bark, Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, or other lead generation platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
• Basic understanding of mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, etc.).

Work Location: In person
