Front Sales Executive

  • Position: Front Sales Executive (Design Unit)
  • Target: $8K – $12KPlatforms: Bark | SMM | Thumbtack
  • Timings: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM (timings can be flexible)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Front Sales Executive to join our digital services team. You will be responsible for handling Bark leads, making outbound calls, hunting new prospects, and closing sales for our suite of services including Design, SEO, SMM, Content, Digital Marketing, and Branding.

This is a high-energy role for someone who thrives on lead conversion, client interaction, and sales hustle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and respond to Bark.com leads daily with speed and professionalism.

- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to pitch digital services.

- Conduct follow-ups on open leads via phone, email, and messages.

- Qualify leads and understand client requirements in detail.

- Create and maintain a lead pipeline through outbound prospecting and online platforms.

- Work closely with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and service offerings.

- Identify opportunities and upsell/cross-sell additional services.

- Coordinate and schedule discovery or sales calls between clients and internal experts when required.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and deals on CRM or spreadsheets.

- Design Sales (Website, UI/UX, Graphics)

- SEO Sales

- Social Media Marketing (SMM) Sales

- Content Writing & Marketing Sales

- Digital Marketing Strategy Sales

- Branding & Identity Sales

- (Optional: Add PPC, Email Marketing, or Video Production Sales if applicable)

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or creative services.

- Experience handling Bark.com, SMM, Thumbtack, or similar freelance platforms is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to achieve results.

- Familiarity with digital marketing terms and offerings is a must.

- Proficiency in using tools like CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

- Understanding of sales cycles in digital agencies or creative agencies.

- Knowledge of client onboarding and project scoping.

- Experience working with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.

- Ability to draft basic sales proposals and service documents.
