Front Sales Executive (Calling)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Front Sales Executive (Calling) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management

• Handle direct sales leads efficiently and professionally.
• Follow up promptly and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify client needs and recommend the best website solutions.
• Conduct cold calling and work on BARK & SMM leads.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in website sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of websites (design, development, functionality).
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear accent.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 70k – 100k + Commission
• Sales Target: $3,000 – $5,000
