Front Sales Executive - Design

We are seeking an experienced Front Sales Executive to manage international design and digital service sales for the US market. This role requires strong communication skills, proven international sales experience, and the ability to consistently close deals in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle front-end sales for US-based clients.
• Pitch and sell graphic design, branding, and digital services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
• Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain follow-ups and improve conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Sales, Design Sales, or Digital Sales.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in international BPO or call center sales preferred.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Strong closing mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Sales Target: USD 10,000
