Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Front Sales Executive for our Ebook division. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in outside sales, business development, and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base through strategic territory management, lead generation, and direct B2B sales efforts. The position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients across various industries, utilizing advanced CRM software and sales techniques to drive growth and revenue.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct outbound cold calling and outreach to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships.
- Present product demos and conduct technical sales consultations to showcase Ebook offerings.
- Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage pipeline stages, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings.
- Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales, preferably within the digital or ebook industry.
- Strong management skills with a focus on territory management and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
- Demonstrated success in direct sales, upselling, and expanding existing accounts through strategic account management.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and develop targeted action plans.
