Front Sales Executive (Female)

We are a creative services company specializing in graphic design for international clients. We are hiring a confident, fluent, and results-driven Female Business Development Associate to work on-site and manage sales conversations with overseas clients only.

This role focuses on client acquisition, sales communication, and deal closing for graphic design services. No local client handling is involved.

Key Responsibilities:

· Communicate with international clients via calls, video meetings, chat, and email

· Understand client requirements for graphic design services (branding, logos, social media, web, packaging, etc.)

· Present service offerings clearly and professionally

· Close deals and negotiate pricing within approved ranges

· Follow up with international leads and manage the sales pipeline

· Coordinate smooth project handover with the internal design team

· Maintain professional, ethical, and consistent communication

Required Skills & Experience:

· Female candidate (for client-facing communication requirements)

· Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)

· Strong sales closing and objection-handling skills

· Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition

· Experience selling service-based offerings (agency, freelance, or creative services)

· Confidence handling international client calls and video meetings

· Organized, punctual, and reliable

Preferred (Nice to Have):

· Experience selling graphic design or creative services

· Experience dealing with US, UK, EU, or other international markets

· Understanding of branding, marketing, or digital services

· CRM or lead-tracking experience

Additional Details:

· Salary: 100,000 – 120,000 per month

· Commission

· Conveyance allowance / Pick & Drop

· Paid Annual Leaves
