Front Sales Executive (Night Shift)

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & qualify: Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and structured follow-ups to generate qualified leads and book meetings.
  • Own the full sales cycle: Manage opportunities from first contact to close, including negotiation and handoff for onboarding.
  • Speed-to-lead: Engage new inquiries within minutes to maximize connect and conversion rates.
  • Use proven qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT) to confirm budget, authority, need, and timeline before proposing.
  • Partner with project/tech teams to scope accurately and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Track KPIs: Monitor conversion rate, deal value, pipeline velocity, iterate outreach sequences and messaging.
  • Hit and exceed target: Consistently reach $3.5k–$6k in new monthly sales.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of front-line sales experience with a closing track record.
  • Excellent English (spoken & written) confident, consultative communicator on calls and email.
  • Demonstrated ability to run the complete sales cycle (prospect → qualify → demo/proposal → close).
  • Familiarity with BANT-style qualification and disciplined note-taking in CRM.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, collaborative; comfortable working night shift to serve international clients.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Fast lead response (aim for <5 minutes on inbound) and consistent multi-touch follow-ups.
  • High meeting-set and show rates with clear BANT notes captured in the CRM.
  • Reliable attainment of $3.5k–$6k monthly sales, quarter after quarter.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
