Location: Federal B. Area, Block 10, Karachi
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

We are searching for a motivated Front Sales Executive who can connect with US-based clients, close deals, and help grow our business in the design and development industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients who need services like website development, logo design, and digital marketing.
  • Contact clients through calls, messages, and emails to understand their needs.
  • Present and explain our services clearly and confidently to clients.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat business.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue.
  • Work closely with our design and development team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep proper records of leads, conversations, and closed deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the design and development industry (experience with BARK is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Willing to work during US business hours (Night Shift).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a competitive sales environment.
