Front Sales Representative (Australia Region)

Are you a sales "hunter" with a passion for closing deals and building international client relationships? We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Front Sales Representative to manage and grow our business within the Australia region. If you have exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the drive to hit high-value targets, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales & Outreach: Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients within the Australian market.
• Lead Conversion: Drive the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to final closing—ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and present our services/solutions as the ideal fit for their business needs.
• Market Alignment: Maintain high energy and professionalism during Australian business hours to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
• Reporting: Maintain a transparent sales pipeline and provide regular updates on lead status and target progress.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales (International/B2B sales preferred).
• Communication: Flawless English with the ability to build rapport with Australian clients.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working the Australia shift (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM PKT).
• Result-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets (Range: $8k - $12k).
• Resilience: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
