Position: Front Sales Representative – Custom Patches & Digitizing

Location: Shahra Faisal (Kamsoft Technology)

Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 (Based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 1 year required

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Front Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in custom patches and the digitizing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to custom patches

Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat

Provide quotes and close deals efficiently

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely order processing

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in sales within the custom patches or digitizing industry

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in using CRM tools and email platforms is a plus
