Front Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound Meta (Facebook/Instagram) leads into qualified sales
• Reach out to warm and cold leads via phone, email, and social media.
• Upsell additional services, such as SEO, website maintenance, and digital marketing.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets of $5K–$8K
• Use CRM tools to maintain lead records and track performance
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience managing Meta Paid Leads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, upsell, and cross-sell skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
