Front Sales Specialist – Website Design (Paid SMM Leads)

We’re Hiring: Front Sales Specialist – Design & Development (US Region | Paid SMM Leads)

As a Front Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, presenting tailored design and development solutions, and consistently closing deals. If you thrive in a tech-driven environment and enjoy achieving targets, this role is for you.

Shift: Night (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM)
Salary: PKR 120K – 200K (depending on experience & performance)
Target: $5K to $8K
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
Location: Federal B. Area Block 10, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients who need services like website development, logo design, and digital marketing.
• Contact clients through messages, calls and emails to understand their needs.
• Present and explain our services clearly and confidently to clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat business.
• Work closely with our design and development team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep proper records of leads, conversations, and closed deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Train and support team members to ensure a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of sales experience in the design and development industry (experience with Paid SMM Leads).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Willing to work during US business hours (Night Shift).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a competitive sales environment.
