Front Sales - Web & Design Unit

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Front Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound client interactions, pitching company services, and converting prospects into customers. This is an onsite role requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk and direct client interactions professionally.
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales through Bark and Social Media Marketing (SMM) platforms, with the ability to handle inquiries, pitch services, and close deals effectively.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads to promote company services.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Front Sales Executive (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Comfortable working in evening/night shift timings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
