✨ Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet and seat guests in a warm, timely, and professional manner, setting the tone for a welcoming and memorable experience.
Demonstrate deep, confident knowledge of the wine list, guiding guests in their selections based on personal preferences, menu pairings, and occasion.
To enhance the guest journey, proactively offer thoughtful wine recommendations and menu suggestions—including daily specials, desserts, and pairing highlights.
Maintain exceptional attentiveness to guest needs, including timely refills, special requests, dietary accommodations, and table maintenance.
Stay informed on all wine offerings, including red, white, sparkling, rosé, and dessert wines, with an understanding of their varietals, regions, tasting notes, and food pairings.
Stay current on seasonal selections, limited releases, and ongoing wine promotions.
Take and input orders with accuracy and efficiency using the POS system.
In coordination with the kitchen and bar teams, ensure the timely, seamless delivery of all food and beverage orders.
Manage guest tabs attentively and ensured accurate, smooth billing at the end of each visit.
Assist in restocking wine inventory, glassware, and service essentials during and after service.

Engagement in ongoing coffee and wine education, including time spent with our Coffee Educator & Sommelier at either location.
Compensation:
Position Type: Part-Time (Under 30 Hrs./Week)
Shift Outlook: 1-3 Shifts a Week (Daytime Supplemental Shifts May Be Available), 3pm-Close, Friday-Sunday
Pay: Hourly Non-Exempt, $5/hr. + Gratuity
Performance Schedule: 90 Day Check-In, 9-12 month formal review

- Compensation is determined by experience and performance. Additional compensatory packages and options are at the discretion of the Proprietor and are determined every year.
