Frontend and UI/UX Designer

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

• Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to define intuitive user experiences.
• Create modern, responsive, and pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-centric designs.
• Use Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools to create interactive mockups and high-fidelity visuals.

Frontend Development

• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive, and efficient frontend code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Continuously enhance website speed, usability, and visual quality.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design and technical goals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, frontend technologies, and best practices.
• Bring creative ideas to improve overall user engagement and design innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Frontend Developer (agency or product background preferred).
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Expertise in UI/UX design tools – Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with version control (Git) and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design, animations (Lottie, Framer Motion, GSAP) or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of backend integration (REST APIs, JSON).
• Understanding of SEO-friendly frontend practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
