To strengthen our engineering leadership team, we are seeking an experienced Frontend Architect (React/Vue) to design and oversee modern web application architectures.

Role Overview

The Frontend Architect (React/Vue) will be responsible for defining frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of web applications. This role requires deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, strong leadership skills, and the ability to align frontend solutions with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement frontend architecture using React and Vue frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Integrate APIs, cloud services, and third-party tools into frontend systems.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
• Mentor frontend developers and promote a culture of technical excellence.
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in React.js and Vue.js frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Vuex), testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to KD2,300.000 per month
