Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, semantic, and standards-compliant HTML5 code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert Figma/PSD/Wireframes into pixel-perfect web pages.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend code with APIs.
• Optimize page performance (minification, lazy loading, image optimization).
• Implement SEO best practices in HTML structure and metadata.
• Maintain WCAG accessibility standards using ARIA roles and attributes.
• Debug and troubleshoot UI/UX issues across multiple platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of React / JavaScript/jQuery for interactivity.
• Add dynamic animations using Framer Motion, GSAP, or basic Three.js
• Optimize performance: 60fps UI, lazy loading, efficient rendering
• Experience with Bootstrap / Tailwind / Foundation (any responsive framework).
• Contribute to frontend architecture, including state management (Zustand, React Query, Redux Toolkit)
• Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform issues.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and meta tags.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and ARIA attributes.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, preloading).

Good to Have

• Experience in email template development (HTML tables, inline CSS).
• Exposure to CMS platforms
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs integration.
